Welcome to Quantum Athletics Academy (“Quantum”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering for, accessing, participating in, or making payment for any programme, training session, coaching service, camp, competition support service, event, or activity provided by Quantum Athletics Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration
• All registrations are subject to acceptance by Quantum Athletics Academy.
• Parents or guardians must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Quantum reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation where necessary for safety, disciplinary, administrative, legal, or operational reasons.
2. Fees and Payments
• All fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Payments may be made via bank transfer, FPX, credit card, debit card, e-wallet, DuitNow QR, or any other payment methods made available by Quantum Athletics Academy.
• Registration is only confirmed upon successful receipt of payment.
• Quantum Athletics Academy reserves the right to revise its fees, charges, packages, and programme pricing at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect payments already received.
• Payments processed through third-party payment providers are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions. Where applicable, payment processing fees imposed by the payment provider may apply and will be disclosed prior to payment.
3. Training Sessions and Programmes
• Training schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, venue availability, public holidays, competitions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Quantum reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, postpone, or cancel any training session, programme, camp, or event when necessary.
• Participants are expected to arrive punctually and comply with all coaching instructions, safety guidelines, and facility rules.
• Missed sessions by participants do not automatically qualify for replacement sessions or refunds unless otherwise approved by Quantum.
4. Session Credits and Packages
• Session credits, prepaid packages, and training credits are valid only within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
• Session credits are non-transferable unless expressly approved by Quantum in writing.
• Unused credits that expire may be forfeited without refund.
• Quantum reserves the right to determine the terms governing the use, validity, extension, and redemption of session credits.5. Health and Medical Disclosure
• Parents, guardians, and participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications, or health concerns that may affect participation.
• Participation in athletics and sports activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents.
• Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Quantum programmes and activities.
6. Competition, Camp and Event Participation
• Participation in competitions, camps, clinics, and special events may be subject to separate fees, policies, and requirements.
• Quantum does not guarantee athlete selection, qualification, rankings, medals, personal best performances, or competition outcomes.
• Competition schedules, venues, and participation requirements may be determined by organisers outside Quantum's control.
7. Photography, Video and Media Usage
• Quantum may capture photographs, videos, recordings, and other media during training sessions, camps, competitions, and events.
• Such materials may be used for educational, promotional, marketing, reporting, social media, website, and communication purposes.
• Parents or guardians who do not wish for their child’s images to be used must notify Quantum in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Quantum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, injury, damage, theft, delay, cancellation, interruption, or expense arising from participation in its programmes except where required by applicable law.
• Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• Quantum Athletics Academy is committed to resolving any concerns or disputes fairly, efficiently, and in good faith.
• In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion and negotiation.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period, either party may seek resolution through mediation, arbitration, the appropriate courts, or any other dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable laws and regulations.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude, restrict, or limit any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection or other applicable laws.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
10. Amendments
Quantum reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on the official Quantum Athletics Academy website.
