Cancellation & Refund Policy

Quantum Athletics Academy strives to provide fair and transparent cancellation and refund practices for all participants.


General Policy


Payments made for training sessions, programs, camps, clinics, competitions, competition support services, and related activities are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.


By making payment, participants acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy.


Cancellation by Quantum Athletics Academy


If Quantum cancels a training session, programme, camp, clinic, competition support activity, or event, participants may be offered one or more of the following:


  • Transfer to another programs.
  • Replacement session.
  • Session credit.
  • Rescheduling opportunity; or
  • Refund where deemed appropriate by Quantum.
  • The remedy provided shall be determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
  • This policy shall be interpreted and applied at the sole discretion of Quantum Athletics Academy. Any exception granted in a particular case shall not constitute a precedent or obligation for Quantum to grant similar exceptions in future cases.


Participant Withdrawal


  • Requests to withdraw from a program must be submitted in writing.
  • Withdrawal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Submission of a withdrawal request does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.


Medical Circumstances


  • Refund requests due to injury, illness, or medical circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Supporting medical documentation may be required.
  • Where appropriate, Quantum may, at its sole discretion, offer an extension of the package validity, account credit, or another suitable remedy instead of a refund.
  • Cash refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances approved by Quantum.
  • Any refund approval remains at the sole discretion of Quantum.



Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will generally not be provided for:


  • Missed training sessions.
  • Expired session credits.
  • Failure to attend scheduled activities.
  • Scheduling conflicts.
  • Change of mind.
  • Personal commitments.
  • Travel-related issues.
  • Suspension or removal due to disciplinary matters.
  • Failure to utilize purchased services within the stated validity period.


Session Credit Packages


  • Session credits and prepaid packages are non-refundable once activated or partially utilized.
  • Package pricing is based on full package commitment. If Quantum, at its sole discretion, approves a refund before the package is fully utilized, any sessions already attended will be recalculated at the prevailing standard session rate before the refund amount is determined.For the purpose of refund calculation, the prevailing standard session rate shall mean Quantum’s published single-session fee in effect at the time the refund is approved.
  • Session credits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Quantum.
  • Session credits must be used within the stated validity period.
  • Expired credits may be forfeited without refund.
  • Any extension of validity is subject to Quantum's sole discretion.


Payment Gateway Refunds


  • For payments made through FPX, credit card, debit card, e-wallet, DuitNow QR, or other online payment methods :
  • Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to a different card, bank account, e-wallet, or payment method.
  • Quantum reserves the right to request verification before processing any refund.



Refund Processing Time


  • Approved refunds will generally be initiated within fourteen (14) business days.
  • Actual crediting of funds depends on the payment provider, financial institution, card issuer, banking network, and other third parties involved in the transaction.
  • Quantum shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
